Trailblazer Resource Conservation & Development
Each R C & D is a locally sponsored and directed organization that provides assistance to the citizens of a designated eight parish area. The purpose of Trailblazer R C & D is to improve the quality of life in local communities. Trailblazer is a non-profit organization, tax exempt (501c3)according to the Internal Revenue Service. Donations, loans, grants, special events and other fund-raising activities are essential to meet our goals.
